Check Out This Year’s Fashion Crimes!

Humberto Carreno/Startraks

This year, some celebrities found themselves in trouble with bigger authorities than the Fashion Police — but being the stars that they are, they kept the style quotient high as they headed into court, public service and jail. We’ve taken a look back what the stars wore while dealing with their legal woes, from Naomi Campbell’s high-fashion struts to Paris Hilton’s sudden conservative makeover. Rihanna Sounds Off on Her Signature Style to Seventeen

Courtesy Seventeen

We certainly think Rihanna is a style icon on the making — who else could change their look so many times and have it work so well? — and Seventeen agrees with us! The singer is on the magazine’s December cover and is honored inside for being in their Style Awards. Rihanna tells Seventeen that she’s always been into fashion. “Well, I love playing with fashion. I’m very spontaneous — the best outfits from me come from not thinking about it. When I was growing up in Barbados, I actually learned about fashion from reading magazines and tearing out stuff that I thought was hot.” And of course, she keeps getting ready for big events fun by hanging out with her girls. “I always turn the music on. I just blast it. And it’s always fun when my girlfriends are around! You do each other’s makeup and each other’s hair, and you help each other pick out clothes. That’s the fun part. It’s more fun getting ready than actually being at the party.” Other trendsetters honored are Vanessa Hudgens, Jessica Alba, Jordin Sparks, Fergie, Lauren Conrad, Ashlee Simpson and Lil Mama.

Gifts for Everyone: Lancome’s Precious Carat Lip Gloss Jewel

Courtesy Lancôme

Diamonds may be a girl’s best friend, but for lots of us, lip gloss is a close second. That’s why we got so excited when we saw Lancome’s newest product, Precious Carat, which combines the two into one glittering gift. The limited-edition platinum colored jewel is shaped like a round-cut diamond and topped with a large Swarovski crystal. Lift it open to reveal a slightly shimmery clear gloss that can be worn alone or over lipstick. And where else can you find a 20 ct. sparkler for just $40 a pop? Eva Longoria And Nicollette Sheridan’s Affordable Sweaters!

Ramey

Eva Longoria and her Desperate Housewife co-star Nicollette Sheridan hit the streets of Hollywood to do a little shopping. The actresses were so excited about the purchases they made at Express that they wore them out of the store! Eva’s chocolate brown sweater is from Express and is still available at Express stores for $70, while you can nab Nicollette’s scoop neckneck sweater for $50 at stores. We love that Eva mixes high end with more affordable lines — like pairing her new Express sweater with her Coach boots and Alexis Hudson snake bag. If you love her look but want to keep it all affordable, try these Steve Madden “Trianna” flat boot, $89, at macys.com for a similar look. Her Alexis Hudson Madeline snake bag in pinot comes with a heavy price tag, $780, from alexishudsoninc.com, but you can get the look with this croco framed lady bag, $58, from urbanoutfitters.com.

RAMEY

No doubt about it, Zac Efron loves his t-shirts. Over the past few months we’ve spotted the High School Musical 2 star in just about every style imaginable. When we spotted Zac again in his latest favorite, we just had to hunt it down. You can snap up one of the retro-styled Nike shirts emblazoned with the motto “Just Do It” in faded blue online at urbanoutfitters.com, $32. Tell us: What do you think of Zac’s T-shirts?
