Jewelry designer May Yeung has just made our holiday shopping a whole lot easier. Her latest creation benefits one of Hollywood’s favorite charities, the Step Up Women’s Network, which improves the lives of underserved young women living in and around the L.A. area through teen empowerment programs and professional mentorships. Yeung adorned the gorgeous faceted carnelian drop charm with a sterling silver ring inscribed with the charity’s motto, “Invest, Involve, Insprire,” and is donating 50% of the necklace’s $50 price tag to the Step Up. Celebs like Melissa George, Jessica Alba and Kate Walsh already proudly wear the charm, and we can’t wait to be next in line!

Blake Lively looked lovely in her buttery Michael Kors gown and elegant makeup at the star-studded opening of the 7th on Sale. To get the look, which her makeup artist Nick Barose describes as “youthful, understated and carefree glam,” he chose to focus on a sheer red lip befitting Blake’s easygoing personality. To make the lipstick last, he first applied Laura Mercier Lip Sheer pencil in Sweet Pea, $19, and then he topped that with a coat of Clarins Lip Colour Tint in Watermelon, $19. To make her look even more fresh-faced, he rubbed a small amount of Guerlain Divinora Bubble Blush in Rose Chamallow, $38, onto the apples of her cheeks. To enhance her lovely blue eyes, he applied Shiseido Eyeliner Pencil Duo in D2 Desert Dusk, $21, using the dark color on the outer corner and light shimmery shade on the inner corner, and then painted her lids with the Dior 5-Colour Eyeshadow Palette in Incognito, $52, placing the darker shade on the lashline, medium in the crease and the lightest color on the browbone. He finished up with two coats of Clarins Wonder Length Mascara in Black, $22, to give the Gossip Girl star a look that would definitely get people talking.
