Natalie Portman's Mary Kate and Ashley Connection

Natalie Portman has draped herself in European couture designs by everyone from Lanvin, to Prada, to Yves St. Laurent. But when she selected a dress for the N.Y.C. premiere of her film Mr. Margorium’s Wonder Emporium, she kept her feet firmly planted in Hollywood, choosing this gorgeous lipstick pink minidress from Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen‘s new clothing line. The contemporary collection Elizabeth and James is named after the famous twins’ less-visible siblings, but the ultra-glam looks are made to be seen. We’ve tracked down Natalie’s original — and found you the same red-carpet look for less.

I do like the dress, Alot. But I just read that she is totally vegetarian and feels good knowing that she isn’t wearing leather. I hear this from a lot of vegans. so are none of her shoes or boots made of leather? I often wonder this when I hear celebs preaching about animal protection.

Natalie looks beautiful. I love the color and the shape of the dress is nice.

Who would have thought this dress came from MK and Ashley’s clothing line? I guess they’re too busy looking like rag muffins then actually taking points from THEIR OWN CLOTHING LINE! I haven’t seen any of their collection, but if they have things similar to this dress, they need to wear things that are similar to their designs, because their creations are better looking then what they wear on the red carpet or everyday wear.

love the color
