What Do Queen Elizabeth & Kate Moss Have In Common?

Chris Jackson/Getty

More than just a love of London, it seems. Both women are appearing on British Vogue’s “Definitive List of Today’s Glamorous Women.” The 81-year old Monarch is known for her brigthly colored ensembles, matching hats, sensible shoes and handbags. Kate Moss, of course, is an It-Girl who continues to set trends (and helps others do so, too, thanks to her affordable TopShop line). Other fabulously dressed Brits making Vogue’s top 50 list include Naomi Campbell, Claudia Schiffer and Helen Mirren (who knows a thing or two about the royal lady’s shoes after starring in last year’s The Queen). Good news for those of us aspiring to follow in their footsteps: The mag says that unlike beauty, “Glamour is not something you are born with.”

Which of Rihanna’s World Music Looks Do You Like Best?

MARK CHILTON/RICHFOTO/GLOBE; Jeff Kravitz/FilmMagic

Rihanna turned out in not one, but two jaw-droppingly, gorgeous looks at the at the World Music Awards in Monaco this weekend. First, she stole the spotlight on the red carpet in a curve-hugging D&G fishtail dress. The emerald green color looks amazing against her skin and her bright red lips and nails finish it off to perfection. After the show began, she switched into a flirty party frock for her performance. While some of the singer’s onstage looks are a bit much for real-life, this short and sexy dress is a total winner. The singer paired her adorable dress with lace gloves for an edgier look — a nod to Madonna perhaps? We’d skipped the gloves, but would love to add both dresses to our wardrobe. Tell us: Do you like the Rihanna’s sexy green dress or sweet party frock better?

Tie a Scarf to Your Purse Like Jessica!

Andrew Shawaf/James Breeden/Pacific coast news; RAMEY

How to add punch to an already fabulous purse? Take a cue from Jessica Simpson, who has been fastening her flashy Louis Vuitton red leopard print scarf to all of her bags recently. First the singer brightened up her simple black Rebecca Minkoff Matinee bag for a night out clubbing, and a few days later she matched the spotted scarf to a red patent spiked bag from her own line for dinner with her parents. Simpson isn’t the only star adding something extra to her purse — Christina Aguilera seems fond of the look as well. We’ve tracked down Jessica’s bags and some great scarf options for you to try out. Tell us: Would you tie a scarf to your purse?
