Paris did not do this look right. It looks too soft and feminine (with the light colored makeup and headband) to pair with garters. The outfit is not a sexy one…it just looks like garters were thrown into the mix with a casual black outfit and overall creates a confused look- neither feminine nor sexy, just lost. If she was going for sexy, she should have gone for it all the way with a sexy dress, darker makeup, and voluminous hair sans headband.
