Trend Alert: White Top Dresses

Diaz/INF;Allende/Splash News online; Spellman/WireImage

If you can’t stand coordinating tops, bottoms and then accessories, this is the trend for you — sleek dresses that look like perfectly matched separates. This style incorporates the trendy high-waistedpencil skirt, and there are options for day or night. Add color with a clutch like Elisha Cuthbert or opaque tights like Maggie Grace to keep it trendy — or keep it classic like Kate Walsh. The best part is that this style plays up your figure by focusing on your great shoulders and waist and slimming your lower body with a solid skirt. Tell us: Would you wear a white topped dress?

I have that dress that Maggie Grace is wearing! It is so cute on and it really does make you appear slimmer! Love the contrast between black and white!

This look is ok, I might wear it. But the only example I like is Maggie Grace’s dress.

I would if I could have Kate’s white top dress! Who is it by?

Who’s the designer for the dress that Maggie Grace is wearing?

All three dresses are really cute!

You missed the cutest and cheapest option! I love American Apparel’s black and white dress, and it’s only $32.

I think Kate’s outfit might be a dress, rather than two separate pieces. By Escada.

Maggie Grace’s dress is by Shoshanna

I might try the look if you had better options to choose from, those prices are too pricey for my liking. I’m all for spending, but those similar dresses are too much.

My favorites rank from Elisha to Kate to Maggie. I love Elisha’s look. She’s so pretty. I love all three dresses, but my ultimate favorite is Elisha’s. I love Elisha’s shoes too. Kate looks beautiful, but I hate those bangs. Maggie looks great also.

They’re very cute for fall and winter. I can’t wait to get one
