Who says you can’t wear white after Labor Day? Leave it to Nicole Kidman to break the fashion rules — and look totally flawless doing it. The star had a whirlwind weekend in New York, promoting her new film Margot at the Wedding. Friday night, she hit a screening in an ivory Prada dress adorned with a bow, while Sunday night she attended the film’s N.Y.C. premiere in a black belted Balenciaga lace dress. We think that the snowy dresses set off the actress’s pale complexion and blonde hair perfectly, and breaking the rules is what fashion’s all about these days! Tell us: Will you wear white this fall?

She looks is so classy and positively flawless. She can definently pull off a white dress.

Nicole Kidman looks so gorgeous!!! Love the second dress!

Actually, she’s FOLLOWING the rule – white IS the rule this fall. It is one of the main “colors” this fall and was prominent in almost every designer’s Fall/Winter 2007 collection.

i would wear a white dress but none of those there very ugly

I even refuse to put away my white pumps. Strappy white sandals go in the box to wait for next year, but my white pumps go with a lot of my fall outfits, that, unless it is a blizzard, or an icestorm, my pumps make my feet.

She’s got elegance. I wouldn’t wish to be as tall as her, but she can make her shorter men looks good beside her, and I think that is important.

I agree with Jenna, I love her reliable, infallible classiness. I prefer the second dress of the two as well.

Botox/facelifts are part of the job, I don’t think it makes her any less of a woman or an actress. As long as she doesn’t go to the extreme of Joan Rivers, it’s all good. I don’t think she’s exactly obsessed with hiding her age, either… she’s sure to age gracefully, like everything else she does. :)

She looks beautiful as always. Nicole Kidman reminds me of Coco Chanel. Radiant, sophisticated, and classy in everyway.

She’s so glamourous in the second dress. Don’t be fooled, this is all but marketing:a reminiscence of the Hollywood stars in the 40’s : choice of film characters, delicate, pure attitude and voice, blond hair…(remember his film Birthday girl?)

Nicole is looking worryingly thin. She is certainly not as curvy as she was 10 years ago, or even five years ago.

And what is with her face? She’s erased any sign of natural beauty and in its place remains something plastic and weird.
