Fall Trend Alert: Metallic Nails Like Fergie

After making a fashion statement last week in Los Angeles, the singer switched coasts to launch her hangbag line “Fergie for Kipling” in New York. Before hitting the red carpet, Fergie called on the services of Manhattan’s posh Townhouse Spa to get her nails bag-holding ready. We have seen Fergie go all out with her interesting polish choices before, but this time the new bag designer went simple and showed off one of fall’s hottest nails color — metallic silver. She liked the color so much she kept it for her performace at the 2007 Teen Choice Awards last night in Los Angeles. Tell us: Will you try metallic nails for fall?

I was WAY ahead of that trend! I was wearing metallic silver polish more than a year ago! Come on, give me some new stuff!

I agree with most here, I’ve been way ahead of this trend People.com. I actually wore this color of nail polish when I was in my teenage years. I guess it never caught on, LOL, but yeah, no new trend here.
