We can’t stop thinking about shopping for our fall wardrobes, and Kristen Bell’s minidress that she wore last night to the Superbad premiere is a perfect starting place. The lightweight fabric and short sleeves make it perfect for now — and when the weather cools, just add a turtleneck and tights! This fall, opt for statement earrings instead of a necklace with chandeliers in all shapes and colors. Hilary Duff shows off the antique look that works with almost any neckline. Just make sure to choose a sparkler that’s in proportion to your features, for example, longer faces need a wider shape. We already know that the perfect belt is going to be key for fall, and Anne Hathaway is showing off just why they are so important! We thought that the Becoming Jane star looked flawless in her Dolce & Gabbana corset dress when she wore it to Late Night with David Letterman. But when she wore it to a birthday party in Italy a few weeks later, we practically didn’t recognize it. Her metallic belt and heels put a totally different spin on the dress and looked just as chic! Call it a trend that’s hard to miss — from Rihanna to Hilary Duff to Jennifer Lopez, stars are sporting super-size hoop earrings. Chalk it up to the ’80s revival that just won’t stop in fashion, but doorknockers are back in a big (literally!) way. Although we get that they really stand out and can even transform a simple outfit into a bold fashion statement, we’re not sure we’re ready to retire our daintier versions.
