Would You Wear Ashley Olsen’s Sandals?

Usually it’s Mary-Kate Olsen‘s quirky style that gets us tongue-tied, but the normally sleek Ashley Olsen threw us for a loop this weekend with her knee-high sandals! Even more extreme than sister Mary-Kate’s gladiator sandals, Ashley stepped out to a James Taylor concert in the Hamptons in her daring shoes. We would picture her chic and relatively conservative outfit of blazer and bubble skirt with her usual Christian Louboutin pumps instead, but we love that the Olsens never fail to try new things. But these are one pair of shoes we cannot picture ourselves in! Tell us: Would you wear Ashley’s knee-high sandals? What do you think of them on her?

Oh no! I would not wear….I do think it would look better on her if she had on a plain black sheath that was short in length.

For the life of me, I just cannot understand what these two emaciated messes have to offer anyone, with the exception of a hearty laugh at their expense. That wild-eyed-deer-in-the-headlights look that they always seem to have is hilarious. The word “clueless” always comes to mind when I see their photos – they always seem to look like they are wondering how they got there. Their idea of what constitutes fashion is tragic, as evidenced by the footwear and outfit being sported here. People should start a “What The $#@! Were They Thinking” page and I guarantee these 2 would be on it a vast majority of the time. (Right along with Britney, Mariah, et al.)
