Well i normally wear low/mid rise flared jeans, usually in a darker wash or with light detailing, but iv'e recently taken to skinny jeans. i have to be careful which ones i buy though, b/c super skinny jeans make my thighs look a mile wide (im not the most fit person in the world, but i most certainly am not overweight, but even so, i have to watch out for the pants that i buy). but a great straight-legged trouser pant never goes out of syle, and is flattering for every shape. I know how pricy most pants can get, considering stores overprice many items, but there are some stores that i know of that are VERY good at saving me money. forst off is a store called Ross, and depending on which one you go to, and if you look hard enough, you can find great designer products for extremely cheap prices. I kno many people are thinking that if you buy something at a cheap price, youre bound to get your moneys worth, but if youre buying the same brands of jeans from the expensive stores at malls, then what would be wrong with the quality? Marshalls and TJMaxx are also great money-saving stores, and their selection of designer jeans is much wider than Ross's (but they are a bit more expensive).

The jeans I tend to get the most compliments from are Abercrombie and Fitch's Emma cut jeans (low rise, boot cut). They are my favorites, and I'll be splurging on two more pairs in a super dark and medium wash for the fall.

People pleeeease tell us who is behind Penelope's jeans?? They're a great cut!!

I normally don't think that skinnies look that great, but they are very flattering to me. I am very short and they make me appear taller and leaner. They are too much on taller women. High waisted looks retro mom and colored denim is 80's. I do wear black denim, however, and many shades of blue.

I never liked the skinnies, but I tried on a pair in cobalt blue with a boatneck top and some flats and it looked pretty chic. I'll give them a try. I'm not a fan of the high waisted. I think it makes the booty look too long and wide. The bootleg or flares are always a classic!

I have hips and a butt like beyonce so I really think the flared jean look looks better on me and plus it accentuates my beautiful assets

I am really excited to wear wide leg jeans, especially with platform wedges. I am not too excited about the high wasted version, I'll still to my low-rise variety.

I'm planning on wearing the dark skinny jeans with a flowing tunic top this fall. I think the look is sexy and girly and awesome for dressing up or down. I'm also willing to try the different colored jeans, like red, green, or gray. Can't wait to be a trendsetter!

I love boot cuts and straight leg in a dark wash. I love skinny jeans (in a dark wash), but the fit has to be just right. In fact, right now, it's "the darker the wash, the better!"

I'm tiny so the high waisted thing does nothing for me but make me look oddly proportioned. Likewise with the wide leg look, never mind the fact they are always 5 inches too long. Nope it's skinny jeans for me. They make my legs look longer and create curves I don't have.

Since I already owned a few pairs of skinny and straight leg jeans, my fall denim splurge was a dark wash, medium rise trouser style with a widerleg that doesn't (I hope) overwhelm my smaller frame.
