The second dress gives her shape, and the metallic color is flattering against her skin tone. Also, the first one is too tight on her stomache, therefore backfiring the loose look to make her look slimmer. She nailed it with the second one.

And to me,this is where Kate looks like she has just gotten out of. I can’t see casual to such a extent,when you are doing a professional job,such as directing. Maybe California is a casual state,which anymore is on the verge of sloppy. We have more class on our little island here then in Malibu or where ever. I think that all in all, neither does her that much justice as far as showing she is a woman. Time to look, like she is to be taken seriously . Women, she is representing working women and we are not all sloppy when we head to work.

You could definitely wear both dresses and feel comfortable in them. The blue one is very cute, and looks great on Kate, but I really like the grey dress on her. Kate is like another Drew Barrymore to me. They’re so casual and comfy, but well put together, but they don’t care if they leave the house with no make-up on and they’ll slip on a simple pair of flip flops and they’re ready to go. I just love Kate’s style, she can take something so casual and make it so fashionable. She just seems so down to earth. I love how she’s not afraid to have messy hair and just pull it back in a rubberband into a bun or something. I do the same exact thing, especially during the Summer. I love the casual and comfy look.
