I’m sorry but I don’t think she dresses bad, however, I guess I don’t think she’s pretty at all. Or even interesting to look at, she’s always just like “blah”!

This is a step up from her usual look. She’s slowly getting some fashion sense. However, I don’t think she pulls much off and there is always something cheap or off about her look. I guess it’s hard trying be pull off being a celeb when you are not one!
