Isn’t it obvious she’s had a nose job? Look closely.

Anyone else think she had a nose job? but regardless she doesn’t look bad in the first pic, just younger with a whole lot less make-up and hair dye.

Good plastic surgery. Nose job, yes but they did a good job by only shaving a little off to make it thinner. The tip of her nose looks natural. However, she needs to lay off the collagen on her upper lip.

Now that you mention it (nose adjustment), it does appear that way. She is a naturally attractive person, but that doesn’t mean you don’t fall prey to trends of the time. I think either nose looks fine, she just looks better now (but we all improve with age – thankfully).
