Who hasn’t left their home and decided halfway through their day that they just hate the outfit that they put together? When Penelope Cruz left her hotel in Paris last Friday, she was decked in faded blue jeans and a chic white tunic top. . . that became a chic minidress as her day of shopping wore on and her jeans vanished from her look! We think Penelope looks great either way — not many of us have the legs to pull off a mini that micro! Tell us: Which version of the outfit do you like better on Penelope? With jeans or without?

wow the jeans with the tunic looks fine, but when she goes without the jeans it looks a little too mini. she does have awesome legs, but i think she should have kept her jeans on.

I like the look better with jeans. Although she pulls off the mini look well, it is just too short for my taste. She is one small breeze away from a major Marilyn Monroe moment.

Ok. I think Penelope looks fab in the second picture but…can a “real” person wear a dress that short without looking a little um slutty or at the very least under dressed?

the tunic looks better with the jeans, great legs or not no one needs to be seen in public in something that short, it isnt functional. if she bent over, everything would show.

HA! I have definitely done the same thing before in a dance club where it was very hot, except my dress was longer. Penelope’s still looks like just a shirt even without jeans. How will she sit down? I vote for the jeans look.

Penelope has fabulous legs, but I still prefer the top with jeans. Without, it looks like she forgot to finish dressing!

I prefer it with jeans or if she could get some,leggins.I fit as a little longer it would be okay,but now that’s being underdressed.

I like it as a dress.

I live in Miami where it feel like 130 outside; short summer dress are very in style and the do not look slutty.
