Would You Wear Bling With Your Bikini Like Mariah?

Mariah Carey has never been one to go the low-key route with fashion — from big hair to little dresses, Mariah goes for high-drama at all times. So, why would that stop when she’s wearing as little as possible? The singer hit the ocean in Italy in a custom-made Roberto Cavalli string bikini with some pretty large bling, from her dangling earrings to her major Cavalli necklace. We can’t say that it’s a look that we would personally rock (see our tan-line phobias), but we can see how others would find it super-sexy. We want to know what you think! Sure I would wear the bling! If you’ve got it- flaunt it. No worries on tan lines because everyone wears sunscreen these days anyway, right?

Well, she probably does work hard for her body…. which most of you ladies know how hard we work to look good…so I think she deserves to wear a cute bathing suit….
….but, ON THE OTHER HAND… she is moving into her forties, so I think this particular suit is too revealing….maybe a tankini would be more appropriate :)

p.s.—I say NOOOO to the bling!

Okay people, I agree that Mariah generally dresses slutty and needs to cover up, but give her a break in this situation, she’s at the beach!!! Every other celebrity on earth wears bikini’s just as revealing, why are you picking on Mariah? If Cameron Diaz was in this bathing suit, no one would complain. Mariah is CURVY. Got that, CURVY. She’s gonna look different.

you guys are soo mean …she is very pretty girl and it doesnt hurt that she is representing her style…jeez. i dont get it..people wear bikins to the beach all the time..and hmmmmm idont know MAYBE THATS WHAT YOU WEAR at eh freakin BEACH

I think she looks good. Every woman 30-40yrs old would tell you that she has maintained well over the years. I like the bling too-who wouldn’t wear Roberto Cavalli if given the chance!

I personally wouldnt wear jewelry this bold with a bikini, but it somehow suits Mariah- she is most likely wearing sunblock anyway.
I would be surprised though, to see this ‘ensemble’ on someone more low maintenance on someone like Kate Bosworth, or Natalie Portman.
