Kate Hudson and More Stars at the Dior Couture Show

Stephane Cardinale/People Avenue/Corbis

While we’re getting ready for days on the beach and bbqs, some stars are having the ultimate French holiday. Kate Hudson, Jessica Alba, Charlize Theron and more headed out from Paris to experience the 60th anniversary celebration of Christian Dior at the design house’s fall 2007 fashion show at the Chateau de Versailles in France (yes, that Versailles). John Galliano’s Haute Couture collections for the house have already become legendary, and this one was no exception. Paying homage to the ’50s shapes of Christian Dior that made the house iconic, Galliano sent supermodels from Gisele to Naomi Campbell to Linda Evangelista down a custom runway in fantasy confections and over-the-top makeup. But if we had to pick just one look from the show to lust after, we’re all about Kate Hudson’s simply stunning yellow sari-inspired gown. As the French would say, c’est parfait!
