I love it! I’m so glad she has stepped up her fashion. I’m not saying that her fashion sense before was horrible, but she was taking the “safe” route most of the time. I’m glad she’s doing something different, and realizing that she’s not a little girl anymore {lets face it she’s growing up}, but still represents herself gracefully for all her fans that are little girls. Mandy looks classy, very tasteful and absolutely gorgeous. I love the green color on her, the dress is beautiful, the hair and make-up are perfect. Mandy looks like a beautiful goddess. The only thing I would change is go with 2 bracelets instead of 3, or go with a more suttle bracelet, but that’s all, hehe.

I love the color of the dress, but I hate to say that I think the top makes her look very wide on top…and it kind of flattens her out too, considering it does kind of look like a spandex dance team top! Sorry guys!!
