Mandy Moore Gets Sexy on the Red Carpet

Guess Mandy Moore wasn’t kidding when she told PEOPLE that she was ready to dress like a woman! The License to Wed star hit the film’s premiere in a seriously sexy, cut-out Jenny Packham gown with stacked gold bangles. Even her hair was ’60s sex-kitten and her golden makeup glowed. Oh My God!!! Mandy looks absolutely breath taking. I have never seen her look this beautiful. She truly has grown into a gorgeous woman. I also love the fact that she is not anorexic thin like some of the other stars. She’s got a perfect figure and her confidence just glows all over.
