My mom sells Avon, and she bought these to try them out…and well they were tricky to apply, but my mom applied a few of them correctly and they did look nice, but for the others it looked sort of funky of you know what I mean. I guess you just have to really know how to apply them on your nails. I rather stick to regular nail polish, because Im changing colors all the time :D

These are awesome! I used them on my fingernails and toenails all the time. I redo my nails weekly simply because my fingernails grow so quickly and need to be redone. However, my toes last at least twice as long. They do take a bit of getting use to when it comes to applying, after one or two tries and a steady hand application is easy. Ask your Avon Rep for a sample if you want to try before you buy.

It seems like a great concept, but it looks like it’d be hard to apply to your nails without having bumps or folds or anything. However, if they go on sale it seems like a good idea. It’d be cool if they had more shades, though. For now, I’ll stick with just regular nail polish.

to the girl who said she tried them last summer. Well shes lying. They only just came out. The instant MANICURE has been out for over a year but pedicure in the past 2 months. I know I work for Avon. PS I love them. Trust me there is plenty of Avon I dont like. But these rock!

I haven’t tried the toenail style…yet, but the finger nail strips are really terrific. Yes, you can purchase bottles of polish for the same price, but these strips are very long lasting, didn’t chip a bit and the color stayed bright & shiny. I can’t say that for most nail polish! There are more strips then you need so you can size them correctly to your nail bed. They do go on sale all the time, they are worth a try – just take your time in applying them and sizing them by rubbing the extra off. PS – They have french manicure ones out now.

As an Avon consultant, I really appreciate everyone’s comments both good and bad regarding this product. I happen to like this product although I do agree that they can be somewhat tricky to apply, but if done properly they should last you about two weeks. If you find they peel right away, you haven’t applied them properly, or you picked the wrong size for your nail. I hate having someone tell me a product is great and then get it home only to discover it is crap, therefor, I always tell my customers honestly any feed back I get from customers and with this particular product, I do warn people that they are tricky to apply. I do agree that giving only 16 is rather odd, why not just give 20 and be done with it, but oh well. All in all I like this product. Sorry for the rambling! :)

I have used them before. I think they are nice if you can get them on sale. They do last longer than regular polish but not as long as promised. I found them very easy to apply.

these are very difficult to put on and shape to your nails.
once on, they “chip” and tear the sticker off at the tip of the nail very quickly. they aren’t worth the trouble.

I reviewed their instant manicure on A Girl’s Gotta Spa last year and I absolutely loved them. I am so thrilled to see they came out with a pedicure version! While regular nail polish seems to last longer on my toes than finger nails, at least I can have a matching set with Avon’s that will last me about 2 weeks.

I used these and they actually work great. They last much longer than regular polish and Avon always has sales, so generally you’re only paying around $4 or $5 each set. I highly recommend them to anyone. They also have manicure sets just like these. For anyone who has very soft and brittle nails, these will help strengthen too!
