i think it is a fun spontaneous look! i also wear knee high socks with mini’s or shorts! it’s just a funky way to spice up the casual basic!

I think Ashlee can pull it off with those legs and her rock chic style but people would probably asume the worst maybe stripper off of work in a suburban town like where I live!

Would I wear them? No. I guess they look okay on Ashlee. The stockings look best with the dress, although IMO they would look better if they weren’t so high, maybe just a tad bit above the knee. The stockings look bad with the Converse shoes, IMO. I think her look would have looked better with a cute pair of ballet flats or something.

I use to wear these in school, which was required with our uniforms, and I always thought they were uncomfortable, but boys loved them, LOL.

Ok, I think the thigh highs are sexy! It gives the little black dress (which is always gonna be HOT) a little extra spice to it, I would love to rock that outfit!!
Now the knee highs on the other hand….uh uh…nope I’d have to say that this look gave me a nasty flash back of Ashley back when her career was just beginnig….aka (awkward)! This is just me, but converse shoes are ugly enough. There is nothing flattering about converse shoes, let alone a pair of ugly grandma looking knee highs. This look was made me think she was trying too hard.

When was the last time those were trendy…1994? Around when the movie Clueless come out? Yeah, I was in the eight grade and I remember pairing them with a little black dress and trying to sneak off to school w/out my mom seeing me. It didn’t work. She freaked and made me change. I was pretty mad at her then, but looking back I’d have to agree that it must have looked kind of slutty.

But, Ashlee does look cute-she had legs to pull it off. However, the fashion choices those starlets make for a night out on the town usually aren’t appropriate choices for young girls to emulate.

i don’t know why, but i just can’t stand her. i think i used to like her before all the surgery and lame excuses. she just still seems like such a poser to me. like she is still trying to get out of her sister’s shadow , and be the “punk” one. there is NOTHING original about her. and i think her knee highs look dumb. sorry, but that’s how i feel.

um… its a no-no. even for people w/ legs like hers.
and she just tries too hard.
she would look perfectly fine w/o them but completing her look with stockings just makes her look trashy.
so i think what she needs to do is click her heels together and say “I NEED A LIFE” out loud.
