It was a silver streak on the pink carpet at the MTV Movie Awards in L.A. last night — gleaming, mirror-like pumps took over the spotlight. Victoria Beckham (wearing Christian Louboutin) and Cameron Diaz (wearing Sergio Rossi) went for classic pointy-toe pumps with a high shine factor, while Mandy Moore added a touch of sweetness to her David Meister satin frock with peep-toes with sparkling bows. Add a hit of shine to any of your evening outfits with one of our favorite silver heels:

Get hot pumps like Cameron and Victoria: Try these BCBgirls “Katchen 5″, $100 at zappos.com or these Dollhouse “Clean”, $63 at zappos.com.

Get peep toes like Mandy: Try these silver peep toe pumps with a bow, $27 at windsorstore.com or the Aldo “ATH”, $80 at aldoshoes.com.

The silver heels really isn’t a major trend. I bought my silver heels last year. I was immediately drawn to them because I love metallic colors. I also have a pair in gold.

Mandy looks adorable. Very nicely put together. The only thing I don’t like about her dress is the bottom. I wish the bottom was more straight pencil than have the foo-foo stuff at the bottom of the dress, but regardless, Mandy looks great and pulls the look off. The color is lovely on Mandy too. Love the shoes as well.

Love Cameron’s dress. The length of the dress really does justice to her legs. Her legs are amazing. I like the black polka dots. The only thing I wish she would have done differently is do something with her hair. Other than that, I thought Cam chose something appropriate, considering it’s the MTV Movie Awards, it’s a chance to be comfortable in whatever you wear and dress outrageous. The heels look fab with the dress also.

I’m not gonna say I hate Posh’s outfit, I actually like the zebra print {I have a pair of peep toe pumps with zebra print on them, I love them}. The dress seems very appropriate for something that is MTV. The silver heels really make a difference, I like the heels paired with the dress. There are two things I dislike however…I don’t like the pink bra, she shouldn’t have worn the pink bra, and I don’t really care for her hair. I think the asymmetrical cut is nice on her, but I’m not crazy over the platinum blonde on her. I like her hair long and wavy. I remember a few years ago when Posh and David went to the MTV Awards show, Posh looked so nice with her black dress and her hair was beautiful.

Well…I think Mandy looks lovely although her dress is kind of “too old” for her if you know what I mean, Posh well I think she looks kind of fake (personal opinion of course) she has style and anything she wears looks good just because she is wearing it and Cameron well she has the body so the hell! she can wear anything she wants and as short as she wants it!

dood, isn’t cameron a little to old to be wearing such a tiny dress it could fit a 10 year old!

Wow, Mandy lokks wonderful in that dress! I like their silver heels…

As far as the heels go, I would wear Mandy’s. I like the meteallic look on all of them, but I think peep-toe is cuter.
For the dresses, Mandy should have gone maybe a size larger or something, she looks cute but i think its just too tight. Camerons dress is verey cute on her, although I don’t think I would wear it. A little too short. And I have very long legs, so minis make me look like a daddy long legs(the spider).
As for Posh, I have to admit I like the zebra print, but with her awful implants(its true!) being squished up like that i would sya more coverege. More class Posh, please.

Im lovin Cams and Mandys outfits because they make the look classy and their shoes look dainty. Victorias Outfit looks tacky with zebra print. The flourescent colour is not my scene.I agree geri they are in their 30s why are they wanting to dress younger than their age.You wear shorts skirts when you are in your teens and 20s. Deffo not 30+.But I have serious issues with posh’s outfit.Three words tacky, barbie, chavy.I Like the whole silver heels thing though because its fun and you don’t need to wear other bling with this because you have got the glitz from the shoes.

Victoria Beckham is so scary, it’s unreal, what is up with her, she has no sense of style, she looks like a man, i think she is trying to be different, but she looks like a cartoon nut!! she needs to grow out her hair and get some style.

although this is not a new trend, I do luv it. Mandy looks classy and Cam looks fab. I usually like Posh’s style, but not so much here. And would it kill Posh to smile??? I mean with her beautiful family, high end fashion, and fortune, why wouldnt you smile?…she should be cheesin’ from ear to ear. Some people are so unappreciative and ignorant to what they have.

Mandy Moore looks beautiful as always i think the pink dress compliments her skin.

Cameron Diaz has gorgeous legs, i think she pulled this dress off really well. And her hair looks very hot, loose, natural, beachy, the hair everyone wants right now!

Victoria Beckham is very classic and trendy, but this dress is not any of those things! This dress says cheap, trashy, and not right for anyone. But she looks amazing otherwise, love all the shoes!!
