It did tingle slightly, but the reason I purchased it was that it was not supposed to attract and stick to my hair when the wind blows. Well, it failed, miserable. I applied it about 20 min prior to going outside and the first small gust came by and several of my hair strands got stuck and sticky. Don't waste your money. I have it in 4 different colors. It doesn't dry my lips out, tastes yummy and does not sting. It plumps and takes most of the age "lines" out of my lips, making them appear smooth.
