Will You Wear The Olsens New Clothing Line?

Even though Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen‘s high-end fashion line, The Row, is now selling at Barney’s nationwide, the designing duo is not content. Good thing because neither are we! The Row’s $655 floor-length Modal cardigans and $875 banded strapless dresses are beautiful but too pricey. The solution is Elizabeth and James, the sister’s new clothing line named for their younger siblings. As Ashley told Women’s Wear Daily the contemporary sportswear line is for the “sophisticated woman with a playful side.” The more affordable line ranges from $40 t-shirts to $450 coats and will be in stores like Bergdorf Goodman, Neiman Marcus and Intermix this fall. Expect washed leather jackets, supersoft shrunken T-shirts, pencil skirts, cashmere sweaters, chunky knit swing jackets, fur jackets, silk dresses and sequin minidresses all inspired by the sister’s closet. I do not care for their style at all…so probably no. I really think both of these girls need to eat something and get a tan before they look good in anything.

i hate mary-kate and ashleys clothes. one time me and my sister went to walmart and we were looking at clothes for her to pick out and she grabbed a mary-kate and ashley capris thing and i started screaming no tori put it down fast if you look at it long enough your eyes will burn then she throws it and it almost hit some old lady

Honestly, if the cloths look good then I will buy them. But my opinion of the Olsen twins do not change; they have serious issues. Thier image has changed so much and it is disappointing! I grew up watching Full House and I loved those little girls. They were the perfect molding of a happily moral family. I learned a lot of who I am and what “normal” is from thier show. But, now… I can’t even look at a picture of them without my heart dropping to my tummy, because they just don’t look fine and what I read about them is not okay.

Their fashion sense is very questionable to me. But this doesn’t mean they can not turn to be much better designers then stylist. Kate Moss for example dresses nice but her clothing line wasn’t very thrilling.Lets see!

I sense jealousy in most of these comments.

YES! I’ll definitely buy their clothes.

Pretty much all celebrities want to look like them Fergie fungus face, for one…

Nicole Richie and Lindy Lohan were not into the Bohemian look until MUCH LATER!

The Misha Barf Face… is another… the list goes on…

it seems like many people lack creativity and therefore don’t see the beauty in clothes… their clothes will be the next best thing… you’ll see.

ps. for the comment that says “Way to remember your roots Ashley and Mary-Kate.” What roots would that be? Since they were nine months old they have been making thousands an hour. Obviously they want to reach a wide range of people from Walmart to Barney’s. It’s business.

i think their body is digusting and they need to gain some weight if the want to model there clothing. i dont want to wear an animal. and their clothes are way to expensive for regular people. they can dream on if they want their clothes to sell at those prices. they usually dress like homeless people anyways even though they have so much money. they have prety gowns when the go to a award show but when they go run errands they look horrible

these girls are amazing..they have no stylists..
i’d say that their clothes are quite expensive, but hey, what’s wrong in buying them if people could afford anyway?..

these girls are trend setters..they started the vintage mood way before other stars did wear them..

i love them for being original..

go olsens..

I doubt it. Since they left the age of 16, they have looked like fashion train wrecks. I don’t care if designers think they are trendy and innovative. It’s useless if the general public won’t buy it. And who pays $40 for a t-shirt anyway? I did check out the low-end clothes sample they showed and each model has her bones sticking out everywhere…who’s made to fit these clothes? Match-stick figures? I’ll pass. I’d rather splurge on a designer that at least adds some class to their designs.
