Beauty Obsession: Laura Mercier Mineral Powder

With my shelves shaking under the weight of organic lotions and potions, I was starting to feel like my makeup bag was missing a certain earthly quality. As if by magic, Laura Mercier’s Mineral Powder appeared on my desk with promises of shimmer and long lasting coverage. So I got to work swirling, tapping and buffing the powder onto my skin (the hard work pays off I promise..) until the crushed pearl, mica, zinc and other powdered minerals were blended in over my normal foundation. It really is like a little pot of treasure, my skin has never glowed so bright! With amino acids (15 of them, I add) to banish toxins and the zinc acting as an SPF, it seems natural really is best. Actually “swirl, tap, and buff” is trademarked by Bare Escentuals mineral makeup…they were the originals!

this stuff is so much better than bare minerals. ive used bare minerals for a year and since im between shades, its a pain to mix 2 of the colors together every time. this LM comes in my exact shade and i exude a certain GLOW every time i use it. so many people come up to me asking if ive just gotten a facial or that my skin looks flawless.

Bare Escentuals is excellent! I have been using it for 3 years and there is no way I will be changing my make up. I have to agree with thestylenotes, get your own catch phrase, Bare Escentuals has coined this one.
