TrendWatch: Jeweled Necklines

White dresses always look crisp and fresh for the summer — but sometimes the occasion calls for a little bit more sparkle than a simple cotton dress. Stars like Rebecca Romjin (in Azzaro), Emmy Rossum (in Temperley) and Leann Rimes (in Notte by Marchesa) are picking simple white shifts with ornately jeweled necklines.
