Though the products sound great, their customer service, shipping, and ordering process is some of the worst I’ve seen. When this deal of the week first came out, I was quite excited about the product line and put in an order for myself, my mom, and a few of my coworkers. That was over two weeks ago!! I originally got an email confirming the order, then they of course charged my credit card, but the order has not arrived, and when I contact them, there is no reply.

Be wary of this company. Perhaps my experience is a fluke, but when you live in the same area the company, I just can’t understand what takes over two weeks to process and ship and why they would charge the order when they don’t deliver!!
