Liv & Lucy have got to be the best dressed of the night. Liv looks gorgeous and flawless. She is such a fashion icon! Whilst Lucy manages to look a little minxy at the same time. (Love the pose too!) Good on them both for not caring to follow the trend! Jen just looked ‘normal’ as did many of the other celebs. They looked like we’ve seen them in that mode before. So no score for originality for them

LOVE Liv Tyler dress simple and stylish and the color is one of my favorite.That girl never misses in her fashion choices.Lucy Liu dress is gorgeous too I just dislike that color.

liv looks fantastic! i love the color combo of the teal, her porcelain skin, the berry lipstick, and her dark brunette hair. i also like the color of lucy’s dress, but not the ruffles on the train. ick!

JENNIFER´S DRESS IS BEAUTIFUL but it was to much for her it would have looked great on someone else,and liv is a beautiful woman but the dress didn´t look that well on her and the make up a bit much

I must say, I absouletly loved this year at the Gala. The dresses are amazing and people went bold and beautiful this year. There’s such a variety and adding that so many of them were couture really gave it something extra special. I love the ones here and so many of the others from the Camilla Belle Gautlier Couture dress to Nona’s stuttle Marc Jacobs to Zani’s feather headdress, Liv Tyler, Jaquetta Wheeler and so many more. I loved this year.

Lucy Liu’s dress was amazing…heres what i thought of the others:
Jessica Simpson- TRASHY
Ellen Pompeo’s dress could have been much prettier in halter
Kirsten Dunst- HIDEOUS
Cate Blanchett- pretty
Naomi Campbell- WEIRD
Scarlett Johansson- yikes!

Of course…the only thing to wear on the red carpet is color! It’s what stands out the most. All the interesting details don’t show in photos with a black dress.
