Even though she got her printed hoodie as a freebie at the Sundance Film Festival, Sienna Miller proudly shows her support for the Humane Society’s Protect the Seals Campaign. The clever slogan “Club Sandwiches Not Seals” is meant to bring attention to the many seals that are clubbed to death every year in Canada. I’d wear it, but to fix a problem you have to do more than just wear a sweatshirt. It seems like its now fashionable to wear/talk about causes but do the celebrities even care or is that just another way to get even more attention?

Totally. It’s an important issue. Baby seals are clubbed the vast majority of time before they reach 3 months. The babies can’t get away because at such a young age they are stranded on ice flows because they cannot yet swim. You can wear this shirt- and you can also boycott Canada’s sea food to show your serious about the annual seal hunt stopping for good.

unfortunately seals need to be killed to control the fish population which is the largest portion of the worlds protein.

I absolutely am thrilled that people.com has posted where to buy Sienna Millers Club sandwiches not seals sweatshirt. I plan to buy several and wear and gift them as well as pass on the purchase info to others! It is horrible, and not widely known, that baby seals are STILL being clubbed and horribly hunted. We CAN do something. Use the link and join the cause!
