Scarlett Johansson Gives Some Love to Louis Vuitton

Scarlett Johansson has shown her affection for Louis Vuitton before, but Thursday night, she really showed the label her love! The star hosted a party at LV’s Fifth Avenue store in N.Y.C. to launch the new “LoVe” collection (we’ve already spotted Sienna Miller carrying one of the bags). Daniel Lalonde, the new president of the French luxury goods house told PEOPLE that “Love was the theme of the spring collection of Louis Vuitton, which, as Marc [Jacobs] said, You can’t spell Love without ‘LV.’” Awww. Sharing the love was fellow party-goer actress Alex Kingston who told PEOPLE that she is “so happy that Scarlett is the muse for Louis Vuitton. She’s curvy-figured, and it’s so nice that Louis Vuitton has honored her figure.” Downplaying her famous looks (and gorgeous Louis Vuitton frock), Scarlett joked “it took a couple of hours to get ready tonight. A little shellac and I’m good to go.”

wow i really like the sheen of that dress. doing a color fade can be tricky (you don’t want to look tie-dyed!), but that looks cool. i love the pinkey-nude color of the bodice as well. the only thing i would change is her hairstyle–there isn’t enough volume, and i don’t think it compliments her face.

i think scarlett is one of the best actresses out there today and she’s gorgeous and not sickly thin! i love the dress but the hair could look better like it normally does…oh well she’s still HOT!

She looks awful. The combination of her hair color and her eyebrow color is terrible. And that dress looks like it was from the eighties.

she looks beautiful no matter what she wears. She can go out with no make up and still look beautiful. She is an amanzing actress, and seems really down to earth. unlike other hollywood actress that need so much make-up to look nice. Love the dress, and love her. you go girl and do your thing.

Scarlett is so pretty. I really like her dress, it looks great on her. The only minor change I would make would be her hair. Although her hair looks beautiful the way it is, it just seems too flat. With such a pretty dress, I think she should have done something different with her hair, maybe sweep it up and do a side-swept bang.

Scarlett is amazingly beautiful and such a great actress.
