watching the hills has been a guilty pleasure for me! and then there has been the stuff in the tabloids. lauren seems to always come out on top, and is always painted as the good one. but i wonder if all that is true since there are two sides to every story, and we know that reality shows can spin a story however they wish with editing…

either way, she looks cute and i think mark was wise to choose her as their spokesperson, because they’ll get a lot of exposure using her.

I always thought of Mark products as just for kids (and Avon as for just old ladies)and w/ such low prices it must be just junk, however,I tried some Mark products from a friend the other day and was shocked by the quality of the product! I’ve always been a make-up snob and loyal to MAC cosmetics, but the shades she had were similar to what I wear and I couldn’t tell the difference between my $14 eyeshadow and what she paid $4 for. The same with Marks “hook-ups” lips gloss & Mac’s lipglass. After hours of wear w/ the Mark products they still looked great. I hate to admit it, but I was wrong and Mark. impressed me.

okay, i already commented on lauren, but after reading miss amy’s post, i want to know about mark. is it like mary kay? because i don’t want to have to host a party at my house or feel pressured to buy just to try this product.

Hey Faith-
Mark is a line of products for Avon. I don’t know much about selling Avon, but I don’t think they require you to have parties. My friend said she paid $10 to sign up as a sales rep, but she doesn’t really sell it, she just signed up for the discount. I believe if you go online you can buy products through the website. Like I said, I’ve been really impressed with all of the products I’ve tried and the prices are awesome!
