I am from Japan, and I would say that I love Makeup specially Mascaras. I buy all brands even though cannot be find in My country, I still find ways to get it or shop online.Most of the time, I just tested once or twice every mascara and keep it(collections).I already have a LOT!And I dont use all. I may be nuts by buying bulks of different mascaras, but its what I am fun of. I usually arranged them from cheapest to most expensive mascara.
I just want to share you guys that the prices of U.S cosmetics here in Japan are VERY Expensive. Just like ex; the Diorshow which price here is $48USD each. Talika Lipocils 10ml is $60USD. ERA Airbrush Foundation $98USD each. Lancome Mascara $40USD each. I just thought of sharing its prices because, I read some of you here swear not to buy mascaras for $20? I am so jealous, because to think, you still can buy those in cheaper in your place than in my place. I like to buy american brands of makeup ,though very expensive.We dont have a choice, it is the price sold here is doubled or tripled:(

Mascara is the most important make up item i own !!! is all i really wear besides my bare essentials…i would definetely try this one …i dont think 22 dollars is bad at all, i dont care to pay a little extra for a great product…

Fortunately, I’ve been blessed with long eyelashes, but my sister got the thicker ones of the clan. We both swear by Loreal Lashout. I’ve been using it for years, and I always get asked if my lashes are fake. I recently tried the Loreal Telescopic mascara and that REALLY does lengthen them! My lashes were so long, they were hitting the lense of my glasses! But, I’m willing to give this one a try! Anything for glamour :o)

My local tv station did a try it before you buy it on this and they said that this stuff isn’t worth the money it is just like any other cheap mascara. go to wzm13.com try it before you buy it to read their review

I tried DiorShow because of all the hype that surrounds it and was greatly disappointed that it didn’t do a thing for my lashes. It also dried out in about a month. However, the next day I saw a co-worker who looked like she was wearing false lashes. It turns out she had on $7 Maybelline Full & Soft in blackest black. I tried the stuff out and could not belive the results. My eyes looked amazing. I also don’t understand how this mascara is “worse for my health” as one reader wrote. It’s composed of all the same ingrediants as the other stuff and I wash it off every night to avoid infection. Save the money and buy this stuff….you’ll be amazed.

I wear Diorshow too and its almost $30 in Canada. When you find something good that works its worth it. It’s so funny that people spend huge money on clothes but skimp out on something like this. lol $20… big deal.

I always buy one of this when i go to Japan every year. I have the teeny, tiny, stubby asian lashes and this stuff works for me! Thanks to the Japanese obession with big lashes, they have made a ton of products that works like magic. But i wouldn’t say this is for everyone, my best friend has natural long lashes and this stuff is too much for her.

BAD gal by benefit rocks…and its under twenty ($19) for those who wont pay more. it gives you the look of false lashes so easily and the new blue is awesome

i also use the DiorShow mascara…my boss bought it for me as part of my xmas gift last year and it’s the best one i have ever used…i would definitely try this new one…i know it seems weird to pay that much…but honestly, the cheaper brands are much worse to put on your eyes…if you care about health and that sort of thing…:)

I just tried this mascara this weekend, and it’s totally worth the 22 bucks. My eyelashes looked insanely long all night- no smudging and I rub my eyes tons because of my contacts.

I disagree with the people who think that paying more than $20 for mascara is outrageous. The best mascara I’ve ever used was DiorShow Mascara, which is $23. It makes my minuscule Asian eyelashes actually show up. And for a person who doesn’t wear any other makeup, it’s worth every penny. And as jessie points out, what’s an extra $10?

I LOVE Bad Gal by Benefit – best I’ve used – but that’s also around $22. I haven’t found great mascara for less than that and I’ve tried around 20 brands (DiorShow is good too – around the same price). I might give this a try . . . mascara lasts around 3 months – so what’s an extra $10 over 3 months . . .

I second that Ashley! $22 for mascara? Yeah right. I don’t care if it is just like fake lashes – no one should have to pay that much for gunk to put on your lashes.

Although this is described as a miracle mascara, I would never, ever ever ever, pay $20 or more for the stuff. Wow! It’d better be great for that price!!
