Sophia Bush Gives Us the Scoop On Her New ‘Do!
How better to celebrate the end of an era than with a spanking new haircut? After wrapping One Tree Hill on April 3rd, Sophia Bush got a new ‘do, telling PEOPLE at the Diabless Boutique party last week that she “cut about 5 inches off of it, and got to chop my bangs back, and took all the extensions out that we had to wear for the show. Right after we wrapped, [my hairdresser in Wilmington] took out all my extensions, and I was like, ‘Oh my god, my hair is so much shorter than I thought.’ I was like, ‘Well screw it! Just cut it!’” And Sophia is not only relishing the chance to look a little different from her peers (”All the actresses my age are starting to look the same.”), but she’s also ready for life off the set. Sophia told PEOPLE that “it’s kind of like being away at school. You know it’s sad to say goodbye to everybody, but at the same time it’s kind of become a family, and for me to get home and be with my best friends and my family and my man and my dogs, it’s amazing!”
