This month Jergens Skincare celebrates its 125th birthday by teaming up with the Clothes Off Our Back foundation to host the “Beautiful Skin is Fashionable” celebrity auction. To mark the occasion several stars have cleared their closets and donated signed designer duds and accessories to be auctioned off to raise money for select children’s charities. Items up for bid include Charlize Theron’s Blue Cult jeans, Jessica Biel’s Tahlula tweed coat and Penelope Cruz’s Luciano Padovan peep-toe pumps. Naomi Campbell, Eva Mendes and Rachel McAdams also have autographed pieces on the bidding block. Winning bidders will also
receive a Jergens moisturizer prize package valued at $35. Proceeds benefit the Children’s Defense Fund, Autism Speaks‘ research division and the emergency relief efforts in Darfur. The auction is online at clothesoffourback.com now and runs through May 3rd. Start your bidding!

Beyonce surprised us all by turning up in the Sydney, Australia airport this weekend with pin-straight locks with heavy bangs (one of spring’s biggest hair trends). It’s big change from curls she’s been sporting while touring Asia for the new bilingual version of her album B’Day. We suspect that this new ‘do may be a wig rather than a permanent change, but we’re still intrigued by the radically different look nonetheless. We want to know your opinion! How better to celebrate the end of an era than with a spanking new haircut? After wrapping One Tree Hill on April 3rd, Sophia Bush got a new ‘do, telling PEOPLE at the Diabless Boutique party last week that she “cut about 5 inches off of it, and got to chop my bangs back, and took all the extensions out that we had to wear for the show. Right after we wrapped, [my hairdresser in Wilmington] took out all my extensions, and I was like, ‘Oh my god, my hair is so much shorter than I thought.’ I was like, ‘Well screw it! Just cut it!’” And Sophia is not only relishing the chance to look a little different from her peers (”All the actresses my age are starting to look the same.”), but she’s also ready for life off the set. Sophia told PEOPLE that “it’s kind of like being away at school. You know it’s sad to say goodbye to everybody, but at the same time it’s kind of become a family, and for me to get home and be with my best friends and my family and my man and my dogs, it’s amazing!”

Are we really looking forward to an entire summer of stars in high-waisted pants? First Jessica Simpson stepped out in her ribcage-hugging pants, and now the ever eccentricly dressed Mischa Barton has taken to the streets of London, channeling the ’70s in seriously high-waisted jeans over a Fleetwood Mac t-shirt. Sadly, this isn’t the most flattering trend we’ve seen in a while — and here we were so excited for our wide-leg denim to be in style! Tell us: What do you think of Mischa’s high-waisted jeans? Nothing like the first few warm days of spring to make you want to bust out all your cute, colorful dresses — and this Nanette Lepore number is already pretty popular with some of our favorite stars! Eva Longoria hit a taping of The View in her cute lime-green frock back in February, while Vanessa Minnillo stepped out in her vibrant dress a few weeks ago to a Bacardi-sponsored design competition in NYC. We don’t know if the dress is a good luck charm for the ladies, considering Eva’s engagement and Vanessa’s nesting with Nick, but we do know that both ladies look lovely in their dresses. But we have to ask: Who wears the Tracy Reese dress better? Eva Longoria or Vanessa Minnillo?
