I am wondering what use it stands for in the English language because I know, “uber”, comes from the Germanic language(s). “Uber” has two little dots above the letter “U” and has several meanings…(about, above, across, at, beside, beyond, and by)…forgive me if I did not include all of them.

So, I find myself wondering how can uber be used as a slang term because all of these meanings don’t really relate to any current slang we are using….hhmmm??

Is it because uber somewhat rhymes with super…??
I have no idea!??? Please, help me understand!?

There clothes have remained the same and little has changed so I’m glad they have started to get more and more influential designers to design for them. Hopefully this will help them.

But, apart from the fact that they’re still a little expensive (at least, I can’t pay $68 for a top), they’re all made for people who don’t need to emphasize their waist.

For some folks, empire waists are wonderful. For skinny girls, these waist-less dresses can be cute. But for me, my waist is the only thing I’ve got going for me! I wish more designs would move back toward waist-cinching and a-line. It’s not IMPOSSIBLE to find them, but empire waists cinching below the bust line are a lot more common now.
