Would You Wear Rachel’s Rope Bracelet?

I don’t care what it’s made of, it still looks like a nasty rope!
Why spend good money on something that not even nice looking?

Absolutely not! Are you serious…you would think that with all the money celebs have (and personal stylists) they wouldn’t make such bad fashion choices!

I personally don’t like it. It might be dolled up with gold, but it still looks like a frayed rope. It looks good on her, but not my style.

The bracelette is really uniqe and totally eyecatching. I checked out the designers websight, and her necklaces and earings are so cute too! They are also really reasonably priced for hand made jewelry.

She looks like she just escaped. Hide the nasty knot behind your neck because it would look better as a necklace.

Of course! I would make sure though that the rope isn’t itchy and the gold weaving on Rachel’s ensures that. Even if you can’t buy a 200$ rope it’s not too hard to accesorize your arm with the same look if you can get the right materials and weed it the right way. I think it looks cute with a short sleeved top and I would love to try that cute look out during the weekend.

It looks like the type of rope that you find on the beach (that smells like salt water and dead fish) in New England…the line (rope) once belonged to a majestic ship that now is at the bottom of the ocean…

But, perhaps…she’s feeling shippy herself or maybe she’s celebrating International Pirate Day with a piece of line wrapped around her wrist or maybe she went into on of those cheezy fish shacks resturants that have rope and fishing nets hanging from the ceiling…you know, to give that seaside fishing village feel and she got inspired to buy a bracelet made out of the same stuff!!!

AARRGGHHA Matey!! Shiver mee timbers, I’ve got sum fine hemp in mee pocket…I can make ya a fine bracelet with!

Anyway, I think it looks…cheezy…because I’ve seen nicer real rope bracelets made by sailmakers, sailors, and shipwrights plus, I would keep excepting the rope bracelet to smell like fish!!! I don’t think anybody that lives in New England would wear this…..that’s for the tourists!

Umm…is that actually considered jewelry? It looks like something I’d find attached to a piece of driftwood. Forget paying $8, I’m going to the beach tomorrow. I’ll find my own.

Yes, I read that the bracelet is actually made out of gold threads woven into a 14k gold chain…hence the $170.00 price tag! I still it looks silly!

Forget that rope bracelet where do I get those Chole sunglasses she has on? I haven’t seen that particlar aviator shape in the new Chole sunglasses…..

I think the bracelet is super hot. Why be a copy when you can be an original! Also, nothing beats handmade jewlery.

Shellsea, I have the same problem, except my wrist is 6 inches. I’ve had the best luck with bold link braclets that I can have links removed from. I also wrap necklaces around my wrist until it fits.

Uhhh..it’s ok, not in my price range though. Rachel is rocking the bracelet though, it looks good on her, just really not my style.

If it was something that I saw a girl wearing I’d wonder why she was wearing rope on her wrist. Only after reading about the gold and wire inside of it does it seem fashionable. I still don’t know if she can pull it off though, so I don’t think I would.

Does everyone have to wear what every star wears? How about being yourself? That thing is just nasty!
