Madonna Gives a Sneak Peek Of Her H&M Line

03/15/2007 at 05:00 AM ET

We were curious about Madonna’s upcoming H&M line, but after seeing her in a dress from the collection at the launch party in London Tuesday, we are beyond excited! Her white jersey dress (also available in black and beige) is only $60 and will be hitting all H&M stores worldwide on March 22. The date is marked on our calendars and our alarms will be set early to get in line for a first peek. As past launches at the mega chain have taught us, rabid fans might even get there a day early. Click here to find a store near you. Tell us: Are you going to wait in line for Madonna’s H&M line?

You can view the collection on their website now and I have to say I want a good chunk of it. I won’t be standing in line but I plan to get several pieces especially the trench coat!

Like it! Won’t stand in line for it. Looks very much like clothes from Rachel Pally
Check her out, she’s hot!! Even Madonna wore her clothes! And Tyra banks on the cover of people a few weeks ago was wearing a red Rachel Pally “bathingsuit”

i love the dress, but i’ll wait a lil while till someone else makes a look-a-like at walmart or target. don’t get me wrong, i’m not a cheap-o. but what’s the point in buying a $60 dress when you can buy an identical one for 1/2 the price? names brands mean nothing to me.

Why would people wait in line to buy something all those other people are also buying? I don’t want to look like everyone else.

I can’t really imagine people waiting in line at the H&M where I live, I don’t think its such a big deal here. Maybe I’ll be in luck and won’t have to fight over clothing :-)

i don’t have one of these where i live, in OK, and i go shopping at least once a season in the dallas/fort worth area but how could they not have a SINGLE store in texas either??? how come you can’t buy there clothes online? does anyone know? what kind of other stores would you compare it to… i’ve never been to one :( BUT the clothes look pretty cute to me!

I don’t think you can buy their clothes online because H&M is a Swedish-based retailer. Most of their stores are all over Europe, with a couple in the US, Asia, and the Middle East. I imagine that with such a broad customer base, it would be tricky to sell online in such a way that every country is happy.

I don’t think I’ll be lining up–it’s too much of a pain to get to San Francisco in the mornings :)

thanks MARY! i was really curious and that seems pretty logical to me, disappointing, but logical!
