Yes, you can change the shape of your muscles, obvisously not the bone...but, you can define your overall shape by working out and depending on the shape you're looking for then you do the work out that fits! Yoga, weights, running, and etc, all produce different toned muscle shapes, softness, and firmness. And janedoe, we all know no one is perfect here, not movie stars, not models, not you or me but, being HEALTHY and practicing a healthy lifestyle is more important. Eating right for your body/blood type, working out, and working out your brain too!! I think women that "suffer" from body issues would be better off if they took a REALISTIC approach at be healthy rather than trying the supermodel water/fruit/water/veggie diet. Mischa has legs that look unhealthy, maybe she has a health issue in which she can't work out, but if she doesn't well, for someone as young as she her legs should be sexy and toned...big time!
