If, you really look at it, it's not the model's fault 99% of the time. It's the designers/makers of the footwear mistake(s). The shoes are never supportive enough to endure the swaying of a forceful catwalk. And, secondly the material the "catwalk/runway" is made of ..it's always a shiny/slick and an impractical surface to walk on!! No one should suffer pain or embarrassing moments all in the name of Fashion...that's just stupid! Practical engineering in shoe design and practical engineering in catwalk design/consrtuction would help eliminate those embarrassing moments for the models!!! It's just a thought!?!
