Cate Blanchett’s Mysteriously Missing $100,000 Purse

Is Cate Blanchett the victim of some fashion foul play? The actress was set to carry a $100,000 Lana Marks purse on the red carpet, but the bag mysteriously went missing from her hotel room the day before the Oscars. While the New York Daily News is speculating that it could be the result of a secret plot, a Lana Marks Company spokesperson had no comment on the circumstances. The handbag was produced in black alligator and framed in 18-kt gold with white diamonds and 35 carats of pavé black diamonds. “We are devastated by the loss of this handbag and request that anyone who has information regarding its whereabouts please step forward and contact the Los Angeles Police Department,” the rep tells PEOPLE. (We’ll let you make your own fashion police joke now.)

Shall we start a seach warrant?

Why make bags that are more valuable than their contents? Altogether it makes no sense, and i find the fact that a bag is made of aligator skin with diamonds completely classless. Such a things is just for showing off, very new rich!

Alligators can live up to 60 years on up, i have to much respect for a creature that can live as long as us.

Nighthag

It sounds so tacky that I can’t imagine anyone wanting to steal it.
