Swag Suite Saves Jennifer Hudson’s Feet!

Designers may all want to dress Best Supporting Actress nominee Jennifer Hudson for the big night, but when the Dreamgirls star needed some comfortable footwear for her Oscar rehearsals on Thursday, she called on the folks at Piperlime, the online shoe shop that was gifting celebs at the Marie Claire-sponsored Luxury Lounge. “She wanted something comfortable, cute and flat,” says a company rep, who quickly shipped over a bunch of shoes, including a shiny red ballet flat by Taryn Rose (which was inspired by Sienna Miller in Factory Girl) $445 as well as styles by Cynthia Vincent, Steve Madden and Charles by Charles David.

That’s a lot for shoes.

kaitlin

That is not a lot for shoes. Alot is like 1999 dollars. I one time for a nice thing i have to do every year I bought like 20 pairs of shoes for like 500 dollars each.

Kristen Y

I personally wouldn’t spend that much on shoes, but hey I’m not her, so she can spend how much she likes to.
All in all they looks nice in her.

Elda

This woman has a good taste on the red carpet no matter what she wears!

Like Kristen Y said- it’s her money to spend but I will never spend $500.00 on one pair of shoes. You can get great shoes without spending that much and half the time they’re nicer than the expensive ones. But to each her own.

j

she’s lucky she found herself a great stylist in the beginning of her career!!

Mary

She looks fabulous in this picture. Her shoes and dress are lovely.

Mike

I really love her outfit!
