Gisele's Return to the Catwalk

02/23/2007 at 01:27 PM ET

All eyes were on Gisele Bundchen in Milan yesterday, and not just because she’s insanely beautiful or on a romantic vacation with new boyfriend Tom Brady. The model returned to the Italian runway for the first time in since the Spring 2003 shows to walk the runway for star-favorite Dolce & Gabbana. Wearing metallic creations from their Fall 2007 collection, the supermodel triumphantly strutted to the sounds of Madonna in the background. Dolce and Gabbana characterize the woman wearing the new collection as “a dominatrix floating in a futuristic, sensual and indefinitely fetish world, where a man is merely a toy of seduction.” Wonder if the designers mentioned that to Brady — he was watching his girl from backstage.

P.S. Gisele isn’t the only supermodel to return to the runway recently. See our post on Naomi Campbell‘s recent catwalk strut.

this woman is a GODDESS, but in this pic she looks manly in the face!!

I like her, but she looks really tense in that picture (then was not the time to think about Tom and Bridget, Gisele). We know it’s not the best sexy attitude she can project! I think it’s fun that she’s back on a runway – she was on the verge of losing the “model” title for “face of…(fill in the blank – VS, D&G”. However I’m pretty sure she’s going to stick with the houses she’s already in contract with. That’s why they pay her so much money! After all, exclusivity is The Staple of the luxury industry. Welcome back!

Isn’t it about time we get some AMERICAN beauties back on the runway?!? Enough of the brazillians

Can we say MAN FACE! This woman has the manliest face of all the supermodels. She may have a good body, but the facially she is no beauty. I can guarantee I am not jealous and I’m not the only one who has said this or thinks this (every guy I know calls her Mansele). Christy Turlington, Stephanie Seymore, Claudia Schiffer those are beautiful model faces. It may be mean to say those things but considering her comments on annorexia, I don’t feel too bad. Bad attitude and a man face and that’s “insanely beautiful”?

Ashely, just so you know, there are tons of American models hitting the runway right now. Jessica Stam (Marc Jacobs named his famous bag after her), Angela Lindvall,Lydia Hearst,Lily Donaldson, to name a few.
Regardless, the one really positive thing about modeling is diversity so why try to make it American? It’s misplaced patriotism.

I don’t think her face is strange or manly. Gisele Bundchen is certainly one of the most beautiful supermodels that have ever appeared on a Vogue Magazine cover.
You tell me if you wat to discuss strange faces, lets talk about Kate Moss…
But in Brazil they have plenty of another GORGEOUS supermodels, such as Isabeli Fontana, Carol Trentini, Rachel Zimmerman, Carol Ribeiro, Izabel Goulart, Alessandra Ambrosio, Adriana Lima,Ana Beatriz Barros, Raica de Oliveira, Jeiza Chiminazzo, etc (to sum up: the entire Victoria Secret’s cast and another girls)
