Thanks for encouraging women to love and take care of themselves. I’ve already be overweight, and I am now 42 years old. I am trying to get down to an even 200 lbs and with the meds that I take it has been a difficult role, but I will not stop.
When I watched your show on Friday, and you were encouraging women to LOVE themselves, and you were not encouraging individuals to remain overweight but to be healthy.
I could agree with the woman who wanted to take her life due to very very very low self esteem. I felt that I was never pretty enough, my figure was not 36-24-36, my skin color was not right, I found more things wrong with me than what was right w/me; like my personality, etc. But at 18 years old I had and older gentlemen who was 42 at the time to tell me that if I did not love me how can I expect someone else to. He also told me that I had alot to offer. Just to let you know, now I can say, “SO WHAT!!!!” I truly love me for me……

Keep encouraging/reminding us Tyra. :)
