I’m 5′9″ and am always looking for weight information on tall women and what they really weigh. She looks great. I’m sure based on the average American woman’s weight at 5′9″, she’s still much lighter. She gives me a REALISTIC vision of what women should look like. She has inspired me to keep going. I’ve already lost 20 and need another 20 to catch up to her. She’s beautiful and realistic proof that I’m almost there!

I don’t think she looks fat on the cover of People, but I don’t like the bathing suit she’s wearing. It actually makes her look heavier than she is. She can still work a two piece bikini so she should have worn one with confidence. Hollywood is crazy. Too skinny, too fat. Why can’t we be this hard on the MALE stars??

It’s refreshing to see a famous and beautiful woman embrace her buxom body with fearlessness. I’d be thrilled to see more women like Tyra and much less of the stick figures currently pursued by paparazzi (Posh, Angelina, Nicole, Keira) — pardon the pun.

I am so proud of tyra! I am such a huge fan of hers! I’m sorry but i do not think tyra is fat, she looks great! Shes so beautiful, you do not have to be stick thin to be beautiful. Thank you people and tyra for doing this story!

She’s just out of shape. That’s not a bad weight for a lady 5′10″. But she needs to learn how to train. Muscle is better than flab

I think Tyra is a wonderful inspiration to all females. I’m glad she spoke out about it. Being thin is not the most important thing in the world. Being HEALTHY is!!!!! Tabloids always make a beautiful individual into something horrible in some way…so pathetic. KUDOS TO TYRA!!!!!!

She looks great. She seems to be a wonderful person with a positive attitude. I am happy that she is sticking up for herself. Not everyone needs to weigh a certain weight to be considered beautiful.

I hate tabloids…the reality..the only thing they do is talk negative about absolutely everybody…….!!! ist pure trash…. Tyra Banks has a grat body!!! how can someone tell her something…is they say she is horrible….how about the rest of us??/ so we are monsters becuase we dont look anorexic????????/ She is real, with curves…….beautiful…………people change..body changes…………………so what………..
people..stop buying tabloids..that talk dirt about everybody
