Will Katie Teach Posh How To Be a California Girl?

Can the ultra-European Posh transfrom her trademark style to fit into L.A.? Her impeccably put together outfits of tailored dresses and sky high heels will hardly help the Brit blend into her new surroundings when she moves to California later this year. She already seems a bit out of place at the casual Ivy restaurant — but what if Katie Holmes, the picture of all-American elegance, helps Posh get her bearings just as the fashionista helped the young mom get glam before her wedding last year? We know that Katie is a shopping pro and could help Posh acclimate to SoCal, while avoiding the L.A. stereotypes (but don’t you kind of want to see Posh in a pink sweatsuit and Uggs?). So Victoria Beckham should wear pink sweatboots, uggs,get a nose job and smile and then she will become an American. Maybe she should also take lessons from Britney and Paris and learn how to be an American tart as well. Personally I think she and her husband are nuts to be moving to the United States in the first place.

i liked Katie alot when she was in Dawson’s Creek, but now shes become a scientoligist i don’t like her or Tom at all!! I think Victoria should teach Katie her styling tips!!(but is it just me, or does Victoria never smile..its like your married to one of the world’s hottest athletes..SMIlE!!!

Pls make fixing your nose a priority Posh!!!! You always look great with your beautiful clothes but the NOSE has to be fixed. Make it into a slender nose soon!!!

I used to like Posh but I think she has become so sour (like others have said) and is way to uptight for someone her age. I hope LA loosens her up a bit and she finally smiles. I also don’t think she has amazing style, she just has the money to buy nice designer clothes. It’s all too rehearsed and it looks like she’s always trying to hard. A style icon doesn’t have to try, it comes natural. Without going on too much I feel when she finds a style she wears it to death. My God how long was she in hotpots and waist coats !!!!! Katie looks natural and is having fun with fashion, not taking it too seriously.

I think that Katie has a rather nice fashion sense (apart from the eternal big sun-glasses). Very classic and simple. I would wear the same stuff if I could afford it (both money- and figure-wise). If you thought of the typical “high-class” British woman, she would more likely pass as one than Posh Spice.
I’m quite glad they’re removing themselves off to America, maybe the tabloids here won’t be as full of them then. Unfortunately we can then look forward to seeing more of Posh (and her adorable nose) in People then…:-(

Ironic is not the correct term to use regarding my comment.
The women I meet over the years from Spain dress clean, classy, not overdone, the right amount of accessories, have a sense of maturity and are very feminine. All of these women carried themselves well. My comment was a compliment, please excuse me if I offended you or others.

Even if some of her choices may be out there, Victoria is still usually spot on with her fashion, and at least we never see her running around looking unwashed like an Olsen or one of that set. Let’s not complain about the women that actually take care of themselves, as more and more starlets look like oily orange creatures with muppet hair and sweats.

I don’t particularly like Kate’s style, but as I said, just seeing celebrities showered these days scores considerable points with me!
