I use Les Karites Beauty Milk with Shea Butter by Home Institut Paris for my hands. My hands get really dry in the winter and this is working. It also staves off my eczema that usually happens every winter. So far so good. I keep one in the kitchen and one beside my bed. I apply as often as I need it. Its a bit pricy but well worth it.
