Actresses and singers are not trained in the art of perfumery, they are trained in how to sell themselves and whatever product bears their name. I love perfume and demand that they be original and a by-product of someone’s natural talent – not an offshoot of his/her famous name. If I am going to spend $100 on a bottle, I would prefer to buy perfume from the likes of Serge Lutens or L’Artisan Parfumeur, instead of making Jennifer Lopez and Christina Aguilera $100 richer. Haven’t we consumed enough of their videos?

Her hair suits her well, her bold eye make-up fits with her current style, and although I don’t think her red lipstick looks flattering, it does tie in with her “look”.
