Fashion Faceoff: Keira Knightley and her Boyfriend?

Keira Knightley and her boyfriend Rupert Friend always seem to be holding hands in public. And while it’s sweet to see two people so smitten, we’ve noticed that the two seem to be growing eerily close – especially in the style department where they share an uncanny resemblance. Seriously, are they merging into the same person? Witness their dark brown locks (which seem to be the same length); their love of hats; the dark denim; and – must we continued to list similarities? – the matching his-and-her Converse sneakers. Yikes! What’s going on? Tell us: Is their coordinated boho-look just a coincidence? Or are Knightley and Friend truly influencing each other’s style? Would you match your significant other on purpose?

Personally, I think Keira is looking a bit “tom-boyish” here. I think Rubert would probably wear everything she has on less those pink sneakers.

first of all they look like siblings not a couple. Second: Style??? hahahaha What style? I think thrift shops are influencing their styles, not eachother. She has the money, I dont understand why shes still going to the Salvation Army to purchase cloths. While youre out buying used cloths, just a thought, buy a sandwich too Kiera. As long as they’re not doing it all the time, like when she’s wearing a dress (we hope)! I think it’s cute and come on, who doesn’t do on accident with their boyfriend!

i personally love keira’s style. i think she’s awfully gorgeous and i wish i could look something like her. keira has always had this kind of style, but her boyfriend we don’t know much of, so my guess is that rupert is copying keira’s style but in a manly way

I think it’s cute. I wouldn’t wearing matching shoes and jackets with my boyfriend. But I don’t think I’d want him to grow his hair to match mine.. weird.

I try to match my husband, brown when he wears brown, black with his black. But I try to pull his style up instead of letting him drag me down. Plus I try not to look like I’m borrowing from his closet!

I think it’s adorable. When two people are in love (or even just really close friends) they start to mimic each other, in personality and style. It shows how in sync they are, hopefully this is one famous romance that may actually last….
