Mary-Kate and Ashley Return to Blonde: Do You Like It?

Just when we thought we could finally tell them apart, Ashley and Mary-Kate Olsen both returned to their usual honey blonde hue over the holiday weekend. After a brief flirtation with platinum hair, Mary-Kate toned down her locks just the day before Ashley lightened up her dark brunette color. Now the twins look as similar as they did in their New York Minute days, albeit with much skinnier jeans and bigger purses. We don’t know how their long locks can take all the dyeing — does anyone in Hollywood pick a color and stick to it anymore? Tell us: Which look do you like better for Mary-Kate and Ashley? Should they keep their hair the same color as each other or mix it up to look more individual?

Regarding them not smiling and looking unhappy – they aren’t willingly posing for most of the pictures shown by the media. They are probably trying to avoid the paparazzi. About wearing clothes that are big and baggy – it’s better than those who wear practically nothing.

I don’t mind the personal style of fashion they sport. But those poor rich girls are 20 years old – and they look and walk like they are in their 80s!!

no, i don’t like their hair color. they need to go back to a more natural shade and WASH IT. these girls could be soo freakin’ cute, but they look like old tired bag ladies. WHY?!

I don’t think it’s so much the color – it’s the style. It’s always ratty and looks like they never use a brush! They are in dire need of a stylist – both with their hair and clothing. They’re just sad little frumps!

They should have their hair darker blonde with light blonde highlights. I know no one is eager to have the same ‘look’ they did as young teenagers, but the Olsen Twins really were beautiful and healthy then, and SHOULD revert to their old hairstyles. They also look like they could use a vacation in the sun filled with food and fun. They look solemn and gloomy.

I study film and I always thought, wow, it would be so great to work with Mary Kate or Ashley. But here we go again, with that dramatic depressed look of Mary Kate, and No, it still doesn’t suit her.
She could dye her hair pink, she’s still BEAUTIFUL, but she needs to learn that her fake avoiding attitude is more FUNNY than attractive…
she’s too petite and cute….
