		<description>So we all agree cassidy is a jerk. But lets talk diets! So the first two years of college has lead me to gain about 20lbs :(. So it is time i do something about it. I joined lifetime fitness and plan to work out twice a day. I never thought i&#039;d have time to make it to the gym twice a day, but im on a 7 week break and i have found lifetime makes it easy to make time to get there. They are open 24 hours and i just took my first areobic class and it totally kicked my butt! So i plan to do atleast one class and some workout on my own. I also am going to try to adopt the New York Diet plan. For me it helps to have this kind of structure. Its super strict (no dairy, no sugar, no carbs!) for the first two weeks but its super good for your body to get cleaned out and what not. Its the diet heidi klum used to get ready for the victoria secret show after having her baby. I also have started this personal file on my Word with my plans. It includes a place where i have a food journal, my goals, pictures of me per week, motivation (including pictures of hot bodies!) and other stuff. I also think this blog will help me stick to it. I really want this so i have pulled out all the stops. I hope you all stick with me and we can do this together. I&#039;d love to hear others plans and tips too!!
